Can a bad review publish itself?

No. Every review arrives privately and waits for you. Nothing is published until you approve it, and you can decline any review you would rather not share. If something went wrong, like a slip of the tongue, a word you can't share, or a video that would work better as text, you can ask your customer for a retake.

Does it send the emails, or do I?

You press send on the first request. Praise Patch sends a gentle nudge on day 4 and a final reminder on day 9, then stops. You can also copy the link or use a QR code.

What if I don't have the right words to ask?

Three simple prompts guide your customer. Use them as they are or rewrite them in your voice.

What if my customers will not do video?

They can choose a video, a voice note, or a written review. Whatever feels natural to them.

Does my customer need to download anything?

No. They open a link in their browser. No app, no account, no login.

Will it look like my business?

Yes. Your customers see your logo and brand colors when they share their review.

How do reviews get onto my website?

Approved reviews live on a hosted page you can link to, or you can embed them on your site with code for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and more.

I am not technical. Can I set this up myself?

Yes. Setup guides you step by step, so sending your first request is simple. If you get stuck, send me a message and I will help.

Do I choose which reviews go public?

Yes. Every review arrives privately and waits for you. You approve it, decline it, or ask for a retake, and only the reviews you approve appear on your public patch.

Can I take a review down later?

Yes. Once a review is approved, you can take it off your public page, put it back, or delete it at any time. You can never change what someone said.

Is there a record that each review was given by a person?

Yes. Every review comes with a downloadable Review Origin Record showing who gave it, the permission they confirmed, when they submitted it, and the details captured at that moment. Fake and AI-generated reviews can carry penalties, so having this documentation on hand matters.

What if I need more than 100 published reviews?

Additional published reviews can be added. Reaching the limit never removes anything you have already collected.

How long is lifetime access available?

Lifetime access is being offered at a special founding price, but it won't last long. The price will go up when it closes.

Can I get a refund?
